Good to Know

• Seats are taken in the order of arrival. There are no assigned (good/better) seats, though seating options are available. The whole boat goes the same direction
• Food and drinks may be purchased only on the boat (you can not bring/consume on board)
• The boat will start at the exact time indicated on the voucher. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before that; avoid arriving 5 minutes before departure. Prior passengers need to exit, do not block the entrance!
• Toilets are not usable 5 minutes before returning to the dock.
• Boats travel faster downstream than upstream, therefore the time spent one way differs
• High water levels affects the speed of the boat negatively
• Each customer above the age of 3 needs the same ticket. Free for ages 0-2 with one adult ticket purchased
• Weather affects condensation; outside always has an undisturbed view
• Smoking is only permitted in the designated places only; a violation will result in a fine

Meeting Point

Meet at Dock 42 (surl.li/bsqtpz) on the north side, which is located about 800 meters north of Margaret Bridge. Look for the illuminated Dock 42 sign and the LED panel. The vessel's name will be M/S Neptun, M/S Merian, or M/S de Sluizer, but occasionally other boats may do the service, as well. Dock 42 is easily located with online/offline maps, like Google maps https://surl.li/bsqtpz Please use your phone's navigation software or Maps. Search for "DOCK 42" or "Portum Lines." Do not only rely on the zip code or address!
