Your Guide is Your Ticket: The boat staff will not accept your GYG voucher directly at the gate. You must board together with your guide, who holds the official group ticket.
Where to meet: Look for your guide at the meeting point. You will receive detailed information from your guide about meeting details well before the start of the tour.
Self-boarding policy: Please note that if you board independently without the guide, you will be charged the boat's standard ticket fee by the crew, and we cannot issue a refund for missed group boarding.
