Good to Know

• Children aged 0–3 travel free of charge but require an infant ticket. Guests aged 4 and older require a standard ticket. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and may not consume alcohol.
• The cruise normally operates in rain. An indoor lounge is available, but facilities vary by vessel; open-air areas may be restricted.
• Boarding starts 15 minutes before departure; late arrivals cannot be accommodated. Seating is first-come. Groups must board together.
• Changes and rebooking are possible up to 24 hours before departure, subject to availability. Cancellations over 24 hours are refundable under the policy. Within 24 hours, changes and refunds are generally unavailable.
• Sparkling wine and beer are served at the bar; keep your glass. Drinks cannot be exchanged. Outside food and drinks are prohibited except birthday cakes. The bar is cashless.
• Accessibility varies by vessel and dock. Small dogs are allowed with a leash and muzzle. Landmark lighting is not guaranteed.
